My fees are set, agreed upon and accepted based on the time spent on your case and the nature and complexity of the litigation.

They can thus be agreed in different ways:

Renumeration for time spent
The amount is fixed according to the hours spent performing strictly defined services and according to an hourly rate determined beforehand.

Fixed remuneration
A fixed amount is determined for the performance of strictly defined services.

Contingent fee (share remuneration)
The amount will be determined based on an upstream expected percentage to be applied to the customer’s gain or savings.
